7 Tips Penjagaan Rambut (7 Hair Care Tips)

Assalamualaikum.

Hari ni nak share pasal tips penjagaan rambut. It really works for me so I hope this post could benefit those who would like to have a proper hair care routines or perhaps trying to fix the damage caused by frequent colouring/perming/rebonding. But sebelum tu, eiwa just nak bagitau yang rambut eiwa 6 tahun lepas pernah rosak disebabkan oleh rebonding so, mmg struggle lah masa tu untuk dapatkan rambut yang sihat balik. Tapi eiwa tak salahkan rebonding tu, i put the blame on me sbb xjaga rambut betul2 after dah buat rebonding. Actually, after dah buat any chemical service, you really need to take extra care for your hair. So, for those yang nak buat rebonding/perming/colouring, make sure you guys are committed enough untuk beri perhatian yang lebih untuk rambut supaya rambut tak rosak, gugur atau kering.

Tips #1: Shampoo & Conditioner

In simple words,

Kulit kepala = Shampoo
Rambut = Conditioner

e.g. Kulit kepala berminyak dan kelumumur = guna Oily and Dandruff Shampoo
Rambut kering = guna Dry hair Conditioner

For those yang warnakan rambut, sekarang dah ada banyak shampoo and conditioner that can treat coloured hair. Yayy! :D

IMPORTANT!! Jangan pakai conditioner mcm pakai shampoo. Conditioner xboleh pakai di kulit kepala nanti lagi berminyak, worse, clogged pulak kan. So, macamana cara pakai? Firstly, pegang rambut macam nak ikat ponytail so, conditioner hanya perlu dipakai daripada tangan yang korang pegang sampai hujung rambut sahaja. Maybe ramai dah tahu tapi sebenarnya ramai jugak yang tak tahu. Termasuklah eiwa dulu. Huhu.

Make sure tak ada any residues left. :)

Tips #2: Hair Mask

:) Eiwa suka sangat lepas guna hair mask sebab rasa rambut lembut sangat lepas tu. :)

Tips #3: Scalp tonic (For dandruff hair)

Eiwa beli dekat dermatologist. Dekat watson pun ada jual jugak. Scalp tonic nie mcm cecair yang nipis (thin solution) yang dipakaikan atas kulit kepala. After dah pakai tu, urut-urut (massage) sikit supaya meningkatkan blood circulation ke kulit kepala. Best, nanti rasa kulit kepala bersih sangat. :)

Tips #4: Hair serum/oil

Tips #5: Heat Protectant

For those yang suka guna hair dryer/straightener/curler, eiwa nasihatkan untuk guna heat protectant terlebih dahulu. This is because exposure to high heat boleh merosakkan rambut. Jadi bila kita pakai heat protectant, insyaAllah kuranglah damage dia. :)

Tips #6: Blow Dry or Air Dry?

Antara keringkan rambut guna hair dryer ataupun air-dry (biar rambut kering sendiri)? Well, mostly said, "air-drying, of course". Which is true to a certant extent because ada new research drpd Korea found that,

"using a hair-dryer at the right distance and temperature can actually cause less damage than letting hair air-dry. That's because when hair comes in contact with water, it swells. The longer the swelling goes on (say, for the 2 hours it took for hair to air-dry in the study), the more pressure it puts on the delicate proteins keeping hair intact, which can lead to more damage."

So, all the best! Till then,

XOXO

Zalora Malaysia Review: Excellent

Three days ago, I ordered two items from Zalora. This is my third purchase from them and so far, I have experienced nothing except great service. I'm not sure about other avid online shoppers out there, but for me, the criteria that I put as a benchmark for an excellent online shopping experience would be fast delivery (free delivery would be heaven! ^^), provide tracking number, all items are neatly packaged in an appropriate size of parcel (some companies squeeze the items. I hate it especially if they do it to handbags), items are exactly as shown in the website and last but not least, a good return policy. Zalora has achieved all my expectations. Well done! :D

I remember the first time I wanted to purchase from Zalora, I was a bit hesitated because of the bad reviews I found in blogs and Facebook pages. Most of the people complained about their delivery. But I really had no choice at that time because it was already few days before Raya Aidilfitri 2013, and I just received a phone call from my tailor saying that she couldn't finished my baju kurung peplum on time. I was soo devastated. I definitely don't want to wear old baju raya on my first day. It just doesn't feel soo Rayayers (slap me now, I'm so mengada I know. Haha). Anyways, just to clear the air, it's not my tailor's fault, it's mine because I placed my order later than I should. She was kind enough to accept my order although she closed all raya orders already. Despite Zalora bad reviews, I crossed my fingers and ordered a peplum kurung from them, wishing it would reach me on time. To my surprise, two days later, I received my baju raya! Yayyerss! :D I didn't expect it to be so quick! So I thought maybe they have improved or perhaps I'm just lucky. ;) This year, I've decided to purchase from them again and gladly, I received my items two days after I placed my order. So fast! This happened to both my second and third purchase. Brilliant! Hence, due to their consistency, I decided to make a review on them. So that people who hesitated to buy from them due to bad reviews might want to reconsider the fact that they have very much improved.

So what happened after you successfully purchase from them?

They will send you an email saying that they have received your order. Few hours after that you'll receive an email stating that your item has already been shipped out and you'll be given a tracking number. They are using GDEX courier service and I would also like to praise GDEX for their efficiency as well (my house can be considered as 'hulu' but they still can reach my house on time). You'll receive the items in a Zalora-printed box together with a Thank You envelope. Inside the  envelope are a return slip (with clear instructions) and a clear plastic to put it, a 10% coupon for your next purchase and a RM25 off coupon for your friend, and sometimes they send you discount vouchers for you to enjoy too (I got vouchers for TGV).

All pictures shown below are from my third purchase.

 So, this is their packaging.

All items are neatly packaged inside the box.

Thank You envelope containing the at least 3 things mentioned above.

Return slip with clear instructions :)

Overall, I would give Zalora 4.8/5. Why not full marks? Well, I just wish I could use more than one discount codes at a time. :) Other than that, I'm very pleased. So, good job Zalora and keep it up!

Disclaimer: This review is not sponsored by Zalora and it is totally my honest opinions.
